Get to know the role:

As a Campaign Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of bringing campaigns to life on our e-commerce platforms platform. You will be the driving force behind the seamless execution and optimization of campaigns, ensuring that every initiative reaches its full potential. In our dynamic and rapidly evolving workplace, the ability to learn quickly is essential. You will be immersed in an environment where adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement are key.

[CONTRACT : 1 year]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Campaign Operations: Assist the team with in-app marketing for e-commerce campaigns across Jaya Grocer & other verticals, including Promotions, Banners, and EDMs utilizing various tools & systems.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the Marketing and e-commerce teams to design the best in-app user journeys for each campaign.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and share monthly campaign performance updates to ensure continuous improvement and success.

  • Technical Skills: Experience or exposure to communication and HTML coding tools such as Leanplum and
    HTML5 is a significant advantage
