Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Selangor, Malaysia. As an Educational Consultant, you will be responsible for providing course analysis, matching scholarships, and offering advice on the characteristics of different universities. Other key tasks include assisting with university and visa applications, coordinating pick-up services, recommending accommodation, and arranging overseas student insurance. You will provide support and guidance to students, helping them to navigate their educational paths successfully.

Qualifications

  • Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant experience in the field of education or consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures is beneficial
