Kami sedang mengembangkan pasukan dan mencariTelephone Sales Consultant yang bersemangat untuk merancang, menyelaras, dan mempromosikan program latihan kami kepada pelanggan korporat dan individu.

Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Menyelaraskan dan mengurus pelaksanaan program latihan.
  • Berhubung dengan pelanggan untuk memahami keperluan latihan mereka.
  • Mempromosikan kursus dan program latihan melalui panggilan telefon, e-mel, dan mesyuarat.
  • Menyediakan jadual, dokumen, dan laporan berkaitan program.
  • Memastikan kepuasan pelanggan sepanjang proses latihan.
  • Mencapai sasaran prestasi yang ditetapkan syarikat.

Syarat Kelayakan

Wajib Ada:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Ijazah dalam mana-mana bidang.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi dan organisasi yang baik.
  • Sikap positif, proaktif dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari.

Kelebihan:

  • Pengalaman dalam penyelarasan acara, jualan, telepemasaran atau khidmat pelanggan.
  • Berminat dalam pembangunan sumber manusia dan latihan korporat.
