About the role

As a Sales Consultant at Leo Ceramiko Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. Based in Klang, Selangor, this full-time position will see you working closely with our experienced sales team to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable ceramic products
  2. Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations to showcase our product range
  3. Negotiating and closing sales transactions while ensuring a positive customer experience
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  6. Providing feedback and insights to help improve our product offerings and sales processes

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the ceramics or home improvement industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to secure sales
  4. Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management tools
  5. A self-motivated, target-driven approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
