Role Description

HOMA2u is seeking a Solution Consultant - Sales for a full-time, on-site position located in Klang. The Solution Consultant will engage with potential clients, provide tailored consulting solutions, and address customer needs. Responsibilities include conducting presales activities, nurturing leads, providing strategic project management on sales processes, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, and guiding clients to suitable proposals. Collaboration with internal teams and offering unparalleled customer service are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Presales capabilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in Consulting and guiding clients towards the most effective home-related solutions
  • Solid Project Management skills to ensure timely delivery and execution of sales strategies
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills to evaluate customer requirements and market trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the construction, home retail, or sustainability industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
