EHS Consultant - SP Data Centres (Construction division)

We represent the biggest and best clients in the world and require a team of superstar EHS Managers to represent us.

The Opportunity

As a HSEQ Consultant, you'll be responsible for leading $300+million data centres across Kuala Lumpar, representing developers and end customers with all site related matters.

Strategic Direction:

  • Understanding our clients' strategic direction and enhancing their plans with HSEQ strategy.
  • Communicating HSEQ strategic plans into practical actions.
  • Being aware of the operational risk profile of your region.

Deliver Excellence:

  • Partnering with senior leaders to deliver HSEQ activities.
  • Collaborating with client's management to ensure excellence on site.
  • Ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely project delivery.
  • Coordinating local HSEQ training and maintaining data integrity.
  • Promoting quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.
  • Adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Health, Safety, and Wellbeing:

  • Encouraging a culture of care and providing safety advice.
  • Reviewing and validating risk assessments and safety plans.
  • Implementing fire safety, first aid, and emergency response measures.
  • Investigating incidents and supporting design safety integration.

Emergency Preparedness:

  • Supporting local emergency and business continuity plans.
  • Coordinating contractor safety management.

Is This Role Right for You?

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Degree qualificatied in Quality, H&S, or Environmental Management.
  • Developing knowledge of all HSEQ disciplines, in commercial construction or data centres.
  • Experience in client construction - managing supply chains and delivering client strategy.
  • A passion for driving HSEQ forward.
  • Specialist skills in high-risk areas.
