In this role, you will provide expert advice on compensation and benefits, supporting clients in designing competitive and equitable reward frameworks. Responsibilities include conducting market benchmarking, managing annual compensation cycles, and advising on benefits programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, HR teams, and client leadership to deliver tailored solutions that drive engagement and performance. The position offers exposure to diverse industries and the chance to influence strategic reward decisions at a regional level.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a consultative mindset, and prior experience in compensation and benefits within professional services or multinational environments.
