Job Summary:

To coordinate the department's sales activities, support team members through secretarial and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and management to ensure smooth communication and coordination of sales activities.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
  • To assist the Sales Manager to ensure accuracy of venues in the banquet and catering reservation book and to manage changes accordingly.
  • To prepare Banquet Event Order (B.E.O) and distribute to all department.
  • Maintain and coordinate tracer sheets to monitor sales inquiries and follow up action effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling paperwork.
  • To maintain an effective filing system for proper maintenance of all sales and marketing documentation.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Computer literate and possess good communication and written skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well groomed, good personality and presentable, organizational, attention detail on written & high level of integrity.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team. Patient and can work flexible hours when needed.
  • Normal working hours, 5.5days/week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
