Job Description

  • Support company leadership and supervise administrative department activities.
  • Handle general office tasks, including filing, mail delivery, answering emails and calls, and data entry.
  • Coordinate schedules and manage calendars to avoid conflicts.
  • Maintain and update client records accurately.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as issuing quotations, debit notes, receipts, cover notes, policies, submitting daily collections, managing commissions, and processing policy cancellations.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and courteous, friendly phone manner.
  • Willing to work in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
