About the role

Join Era Madani Sistem Sdn Bhd as a Project Management Office professional in our dynamic Puchong, Selangor office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the successful delivery of key strategic initiatives and projects for our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Establish and maintain project management standards, processes and best practices across the organisation
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project managers, ensuring projects are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Lead the implementation of project management tools and techniques to enhance project visibility and transparency
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, lessons learned and continuous improvement within the project management community
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their project requirements and priorities
  • Mentor and coach project managers to develop their skills and capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Project Management Office or similar role, ideally within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide project teams
  • Demonstrable experience in driving process improvements and implementing project management best practices
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting and presenting project performance metrics
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related field
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly regarded
