- Urus semua hal pentadbiran pejabat termasuk dokumen, surat-menyurat dan fail syarikat.
- Kendalikan proses pengambilan, kehadiran, cuti dan rekod pekerja.
- Sediakan surat tawaran kerja, kontrak, memo dan laporan HR.
- Urus gaji bulanan serta bayaran KWSP, SOCSO, EIS dan PCB.
- Rekod dan semak semua transaksi kewangan, invois dan resit.
- Sediakan laporan kewangan ringkas untuk pengurusan setiap bulan.
- Pantau bajet operasi dan pastikan kawalan kos berkesan.
- Pastikan pematuhan undang-undang kerja dan polisi syarikat.
- Bantu pengurusan dalam keputusan berkaitan HR dan akaun.
- Pimpin dan pantau staf pentadbiran supaya kerja berjalan lancar.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
