Responsibilities:

  • Tabulate and calculate claims, bonuses and allowances and ensure accurate payment/disbursement
  • Report on payroll expenses and reconcile on claims and disbursements.
  • Enter new employees' data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.
  • Set up, maintaining and updating accurate employee records, such as sick and other entitled leave.
  • Assisting in conduct an orientation to newly hired employees and handle exit interview.
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
  • Prepare offer letter, staff appraisal, staff confirmation letter, show cause letter & warning letter.
  • Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 year of working experience in related field.
  • Have some Accounting knowledge/backgrounds.
  • Able to work well under tight deadlines.
  • Must be flexible.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
  • Highly committed and motivated to perform.
  • Pleasant disposition and able to work well with all level of employees.
  • Able to work in Johor Bahru-Kempas Lama.
  • Able to join Immediately.
  • Full-Time position.
