About the Role

MarineCraft Global is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Human Resource Administrator to support our operations in Johor Bahru.

In this role, you will assist in managing the full spectrum of HR administrative functions from maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment to supporting daily HR operations. You will serve as a key liaison between candidates, employees, and management ensuring smooth communication and efficient HR processes throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and strict confidentiality.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including contacting shortlisted candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing interview arrangements, and following up with applicants.
  • Prepare and issue employment letters, contracts, and onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Manage attendance, leave applications, and employee movement updates.
  • Assist in payroll-related documentation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, etc.).
  • Support training coordination, performance appraisal tracking, and employee engagement programs.
  • Handle HR correspondences, memos, and reports as required.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
  • Provide general support to the HR Manager and assist in ad-hoc HR projects or initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR administration or an equivalent role.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong initiative.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
