Job Responsibilities:

Website Management

- Manage website and e-commerce store operations, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.

  • Maintain and update the product catalog and visual content across online stores and properties.

  • Assist in managing our Shopee, TikTok stores and other stores.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Utilize Shopify, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets to provide detailed daily performance reports.

  • Identify the most impactful sources of traffic and sales channels, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in email marketing campaigns and performance reporting.

  • Provide weekly social media reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Research and Innovation

  • Conduct research to identify new tools and strategies for e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and tech news to drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with multiple internal departments and external agencies.

  • Collaborate with Business, Operations, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless buyer experience.

Self-Motivation and Problem Solving

  • Work independently with a high level of self-motivation.

  • Embrace changes in the digital space and proactively seek solutions to challenges.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with team members across different departments.

Job Requirements

  • Study Business, Marketing, Digital marketing, e-Commerce, and relevant field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital operations, website, and e-commerce management.

  • Working knowledge of analytics tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Strong interest in staying updated with tech news and industry trends.

  • Dedication to learning and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find alternative ways to solve complex issues.

  • Highly adaptable and open to changes in the digital landscape.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
