About the Role

The Registrar's Office is seeking motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to support academic administration and student services. Successful candidates will assist in managing academic records, examinations, compliance, and administrative operations while ensuring efficient service delivery to students, faculty, and external stakeholders.

General Responsibilities (Applicable to All Roles)

  • Support daily operations of the Registrar's Office in accordance with institutional policies
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
  • Coordinate with academic departments, students, and external agencies
  • Ensure compliance with academic regulations, procedures, and deadlines
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
  • Provide professional and timely customer service to students and staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Role-Specific Responsibilities

  1. Visa Unit Executive

  2. Assist in processing student visa applications, renewals, and cancellations

  3. Prepare and verify visa-related documentation and records
  4. Liaise with immigration authorities and relevant government agencies
  5. Track visa status and ensure compliance with immigration regulations
  6. Respond to visa-related inquiries from students

  7. Program Coordinator

  8. Support coordination of academic programs and course schedules

  9. Assist with student enrollment, registration, and program progression
  10. Coordinate communication between faculties, students, and Registrar's Office
  11. Maintain program records and academic calendars
  12. Support academic events, orientations, and program reviews

  13. Exam Unit Executive

  14. Assist in examination planning, scheduling, and logistics

  15. Support preparation of exam timetables and venue arrangements
  16. Ensure proper handling of examination materials and records
  17. Assist in processing exam results, transcripts, and grade reports
  18. Ensure compliance with examination policies and procedures

  19. Quality Assurance & Audit Executive

  20. Support quality assurance processes and academic audits

  21. Assist in data collection, documentation, and reporting for accreditation
  22. Monitor compliance with academic and regulatory standards
  23. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Registrar's Office
  24. Maintain audit records and follow-up documentation

  25. Admin Executive

  26. Provide general administrative support to the Registrar's Office

  27. Handle correspondence, filing, and office documentation
  28. Schedule meetings and prepare minutes and reports
  29. Support procurement, inventory, and office coordination
  30. Assist in day-to-day operational and clerical tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced academic environment
