Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer bases.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure timely opening of new outlets.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and resolve any outstanding or disputed accounts.
  • Maintain low product returns while maximizing distribution and strike rates.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Gather and analyze market and competitor data to suggest strategies for gaining a competitive edge.
  • Implement and assess sales and marketing promotions, activities, and ad hoc plans.
  • Support the team leader in conducting SWOT analysis to enhance team performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, Warehouse & Logistics, Finance, and Purchasing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG or Food Services industry.
  • Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
