Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Cloud System IT Application Support professional. The responsibilities include providing technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues, maintaining system performance, troubleshooting cloud-based applications, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless operations. The role also involves analyzing system performance data and offering solutions to optimize functionality and support business needs effectively.

Qualifications ( Locals Only)

  • Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in providing reliable Technical Support and expertise in Information Technology systems.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems, IT infrastructure, and enterprise applications is highly advantageous.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in relevant IT domains or cloud technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site and contribute to a dynamic, team-based environment.
  • Minimum 3 years experience is must.
  • Notice period is maximum 30 days only
