Key responsibilities

  • Plan and maintain daily and weekly delivery schedules based on Purchase Orders (POs) and inventory levels.
  • Monitor order fulfilment and expedite urgent order
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, drivers and third party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and distribute daily delivery planning reports.
  • Ensure timely reporting of delivery issues and customer feedback to relevant departments for follow-up and resolution.
  • Adjust delivery schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand
  • Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and help streamline processes to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, delivery planning, or transport scheduling.
  • Familiarity with different truck types and their load capacities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proven record of problem-solving and planning efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools.
  • Able to work well in a team, uphold integrity, and communicate effectively across all levels, from drivers to management personnel.
