About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage and enhance our server and system infrastructure. This role involves hands-on administration, architecture planning, and engineering design, with opportunities to contribute to global project deployments—particularly across Malaysia and the wider Asia region. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for optimizing IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of servers and systems, delivering comprehensive operational and technical support.
  • Participate actively in global infrastructure deployment projects, focusing on initiatives within Malaysia and the Asia region.
  • Manage the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, implementation, and upgrading of hardware, servers, systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure assets, including server configurations, device setups, routing details, and system interdependencies.
  • Lead process improvement efforts by refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and driving operational efficiency across IT functions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in server and system administration.
  • Proven ability to design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot complex server and system infrastructures.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server administration, and private cloud environments.
