Job Title: ServiceNow PPM Developer / ServiceNow PPM Specialist

Competencies and Skills

  • Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience:

3–5 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) implementation, configuration, and platform administration.

Proven track record of successful deployments and end-to-end PPM solution delivery as a lead or key contributor.

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM modules (Project, Demand, Resource, Timesheet, Financials).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and UI customization.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., HRMS, Finance systems, or third-party tools).
  • Familiar with workflow automation, form design, REST/SOAP integrations, and CMDB utilization.
  • Understanding of project and portfolio management best practices, governance models, and performance reporting.
  • Exposure to Agile/DevOps environments and familiarity with ServiceNow release management processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7, RM8,000.00 per month
