About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced
ServiceNow Developer
to join a leading global financial technology organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, specifically across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Service Portfolio Management modules. You will work with minimal supervision, collaborate in team settings, and deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Service Portfolio Management.
  • Configure and manage out-of-the-box ServiceNow applications.
  • Develop custom ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and UI components.
  • Maintain ServiceNow objects including tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, and workflows.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and ACLs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development, configuration, and architecture.
  • Continuously stay updated on new ServiceNow features, releases, and technologies.

Required Technical Skills

  • Minimum
    10+ years
    of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Service Portfolio Management modules.
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS
    for custom solutions.
  • Experience with workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and script includes.
  • Solid understanding of user management (groups, users, roles, ACLs).

Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
