About the Role

We're seeking a
dynamic ServiceNow Technical Project Manager
to lead a
Greenfield ServiceNow implementation
.

You'll define project scope, manage resources and budgets, oversee delivery phases, and ensure alignment with
Agile
and
ITIL
methodologies.

This is a hands-on role where strong
technical understanding, stakeholder management
, and
delivery excellence
will define your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership:
    Drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Planning & Execution:
    Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and milestones for smooth execution.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Act as the trusted advisor and key escalation point for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Oversight:
    Guide solution architects and consultants on ServiceNow platform best practices.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure seamless project outcomes.
  • Change Management:
    Manage CRs and SMLs in line with defined governance processes.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain detailed project plans, reports, and closure documentation.

What You'll Bring

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience with
    ServiceNow platform
    (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
  • Proven delivery of at least
    2 large-scale ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong understanding of
    ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and integrations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid experience managing
    budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholders

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP / CSM
    (Project Management Professional / Certified Scrum Master)
  • ServiceNow CSA
    (Certified System Administrator)
  • ServiceNow CIS – ITSM / ITOM / ITAM
  • ITIL Foundation (nice to have)
