Role Overview

We are seeking a
ServiceNow Technical Project Manager
to lead a
greenfield ServiceNow implementation programme
on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will define project scope, manage resources and budgets, oversee delivery phases, ensure compliance with Agile/ITIL methodologies, and act as the key link between business and technical stakeholders. The role requires strong ServiceNow expertise, proven project leadership, and the ability to guide both functional and technical aspects of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership
  • Drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementation from initiation to completion.
  • Planning & Delivery
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the trusted advisor and escalation point, ensuring effective communication across business and technical teams.
  • Technical Oversight
  • Support architects/consultants with strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, integrations, and best practices.
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks and blockers.
  • Change & Documentation
  • Manage CRs, SMLs, and maintain project documentation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Expertise
  • Delivered at least
    2 large-scale ServiceNow implementations
    (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD etc.), with strong hands-on experience in configuration, integrations, and architecture.
  • Project Management
  • Proven track record managing ITSM/cloud platform projects with methodologies such as Agile and ITIL.
  • Technical Acumen
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms; background in software/IT desirable.

Preferred Certifications

  • Project Management:
    PMP / CSM
  • ServiceNow:
    CSA, CIS-ITSM, ITOM/ITAM
