Summary

As part of the globalisation of operations, the Change Management function is being globalised and will manage changes through a team based across Europe and Asia. This role is for a Change Management Specialist who will be part of this global team.

The IT Change Management Specialist will be responsible for the administration and coordination of changes within the defined change management policy and processing documentation. The goal is to ensure high-quality change records, successful implementation, and consistent service levels.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure changes are handled in accordance with the agreed process and procedures.
  • Administer change records in SILVA (ServiceNow instance).
  • Participate in and host relevant change management meetings, including CABs.
  • Assist with escalated changes and ensure their workflow is managed per process.
  • Provide day-to-day expertise to process stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders involved in the change process.
  • Ensure change approvals are obtained within the required timelines.
  • Produce change management reports.
  • Manage post-implementation reviews for changes with major business impact or upon request.
  • Report issues or process deviations to the Change Management Team Manager.
  • Suggest and report process improvements to the Change Management Team Manager.
  • Execute change process-related tasks, including assigned process improvements.
  • Supervise and coordinate changes (e.g., OpCo releases, high-impact/high-risk changes) outside business hours upon request.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in change management in a coordinator or change manager role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations.
  • Experience working in a global organisation with matrix management and complex structures.
  • Operational experience with ServiceNow.
  • ITIL certification or willingness to obtain certification as part of a development plan.
  • Proficiency in English in a professional context is mandatory.
  • Availability to cover EU business hours.
