Job Description:

We are seeking a
Change Management Specialist
with 10+ years of experience driving enterprise transformations across IT, BFSI, Health-tech, and Insurance domains. The role involves leading end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, conducting Change Impact Assessments, and developing change strategies aligned with people, process, and technology goals. The candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Digital, and CXO leadership, to enable seamless adoption of new systems and processes. Responsibilities include designing training programs, building change roadmaps, managing communication plans, and establishing governance frameworks. Experience in Agile, SAFe, and large-scale ERP/CRM implementations (e.g., D365, Salesforce migrations) is essential. The role requires strong analytical skills to assess business readiness and manage risks. The candidate should be adept at delivering transformation programs across global markets, especially in Asia and Africa. Prior experience with product rollouts, M&A transitions, and customer-facing change initiatives is preferred. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and customer experience capabilities are key to success in this position.
