Job Description:

  • Assist the Manager in preparing reports and presentation slides for Board and Management meetings.
  • Prepare documentation and liaise with relevant parties for financing and reimbursement processes.
  • Support financial analysis and valuation exercises for investment or strategic decisions.
  • Maintain relationships and coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding loan agreements, compliance, and drawdowns.
  • Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Assist in the preparation of company cash flows for financing purposes.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or related finance roles
  • Hands-on experience in preparing financial reports, board materials, and budgeting.
  • Professional certification (or progress towards) such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA is an advantage.
  • Understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint (for Board presentations).
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and external liaison
