Diesel Generator Installation Manager


Work Location:
Johor Bahru, Malaysia ; willing to travel to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore for project assignments

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage construction teams
    involved in self-built diesel generator and electromechanical installation projects, ensuring smooth personnel coordination and on-site execution.
  • Handle the
    statistics, application, inbound and outbound control of installation materials
    in accordance with detailed construction drawings.
  • Assist the Project Manager in
    supervising in-house project construction sites
    , and provide updates on progress, safety, and quality.
  • Support the Project Manager in
    acceptance, verification, and settlement
    of various installation works for internal projects.
  • Provide
    technical solutions
    to major issues encountered during the construction process.
  • Conduct
    irregular training
    on construction technology, safety, and quality for engineering supervisors and workers.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Diesel Generator Installation Manager and maintain detailed work records.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Automation, Engineering Management, or related fields.
  • Relevant experience in project management and leading electromechanical installation teams.
  • Proficient in
    office software and drawing tools
    , with strong documentation skills.
  • Strong workforce management capabilities; able to adapt to long-term business travel.
