Preferably an intern from the faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields, diploma or degree holder

Trainee Scope of Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily in-process quality inspection of coil springs (visual, dimensional, and functional checks).
  • Support preparation and updating of quality documents (check sheets, inspection report, QC charts).
  • Participate in Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation and sample preparation.
  • Assist in incoming material inspection and verification against specifications.
  • Perform measurement and testing using gauges, calipers, micrometers, hardness tester, etc.
  • Support in monitoring Statistical Process Control (SPC) records and trend analysis.
  • Assist QA team in handling customer complaints, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
  • Support testing activities (creep, fatigue, load testing) for coil springs performance validation.
  • Assist in maintaining calibration records and monitoring measurement equipment.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance team to ensure process quality control.
  • Prepare summary reports and presentation on quality findings for supervisor review

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Pay: RM RM600.00 per month
