What you'll be doing?
  • Manage Tenders: Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring all submissions are timely and accurate.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer queries and complaints, coordinating repairs and maintenance services.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, from booking travel to managing employee claims.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Who are they looking for?
  • Qualifications: Diploma or above in Biomedical Engineering or related fields.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with CRM systems, and excellent communication skills.
