Job Description

  • Supervise and guide a team of field sales, providing coaching, developing strategies, and monitoring performance to achieve KPIs.
  • Identify localized business opportunities to drive merchant growth and achieve team targets.
  • Collaborate with the business leads and cross-functional teams to align with ShopeeFood's business objectives.
  • Support the development of win-win solutions for partners and ShopeeFood based on business needs.
  • Drive localized business growth through competitor analysis, sales planning, and merchant engagement strategies.
  • Proactively manage relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and growth within your designated area.
  • Ensure the team meets operational and strategic goals while maintaining a focus on merchant success.

Requirements

  • Based in Johor with knowledge of the local market landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably but not limited to Business, Commerce, or Marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, food delivery, and partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with good business acumen.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Effective in collaborating with stakeholders and working within cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative problem-solver with the ability to analyze issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Prior experience in people management / leading a team is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) is an advantage.
