Job Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Record Maintenance

    -Responsible for process and maintain daily accounting records, including voucher entry, bookkeeping updates and data entry.

    -Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

  • Financial Statement Preparation

    -Prepare various financial statements, such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

    -Prepare financial statement notes, providing necessary explanations and additional information to ensure transparency and accuracy of the reports.

    -Conduct regular reviews of financial statements to ensure data consistency.

  • Data Analysis

    -Analyze financial data of clients to provide profit and loss analysis, cost analysis, etc. to help identify potential financial issues.

    -Provide valuable financial insights and decision-making support to management or clients, helping to optimize financial resource allocation.
  • Account Auditing

    -Audit financial accounting statements and data according to client requests or internal processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies

    -Verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of various account records, ensuring error-free reporting data
  • Report and Document Management

    -Regularly prepare and update various financial reports, such as budget execution reports, monthly financial summary reports, etc.

    -Responsible for organizing meeting minutes, work reports, and other financial-related documents to ensure standardized and organized document management.
  • Internal Communication

    -Report financial work progress to superiors and provide necessary financial support and assistance to other departments.

    -Assist in resolving financial-related issues, ensuring smooth communication and efficient collaboration between departments.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Fresh Graduate is welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel – functions & formula).
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Able to work under pressure, especially during month-end and year-end closing.
  • Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written), able to communicate effectively in daily work.
