Purpose of the position
To support in the full set of HR process and to ensure effective execution & accurate of the payroll process & HR function for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for all employees, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in HRIS/payroll systems.
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits as needed.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, and statutory contributions.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll-related matters.
- Assist in year-end reporting and submission of tax forms (e.g., EA forms).
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource/ Business/ Management or equivalent.
Work experience and skills- Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Management.
- Fresh graduate or minimum with 1 year hands-on experience in a wide spectrum of human resources functions including payroll administration .
- Must be well-versed with Malaysian Labor Laws.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, independent and result-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- High degree of analytical skills with good working knowledge of PC software applications .
