Job Scope / Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Support & Campaigns

  • Assist in planning and executing hospital marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels.
  • Support promotion of hospital services, specialties, and events to attract patients and improve brand visibility.
  • Coordinate advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and other promotional materials.

2. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and patient needs.
  • Collect and analyze patient feedback to support improvements in marketing strategies.
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance and campaign outcomes.

3. Event & Patient Engagement Support

  • Assist in organizing health camps, awareness programs, seminars, and other hospital events.
  • Support initiatives to enhance patient experience, including international patient services.
  • Maintain communication with patients and referral partners for engagement and follow-up.

4. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Help manage hospital social media accounts, website content, and online campaigns.
  • Monitor online engagement and provide insights to improve visibility and reach.

5. Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Maintain records of marketing activities, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Manager or Hospital Director.
  • Perform other duties assigned to support hospital marketing objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM4,207.38 per month
