Klinik Bukit Serdang is a healthcare clinic located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Managed by

Pinnacle of Success Sdn Bhd (SSM , the clinic provides a range of medical

services, including general healthcare, occupational health services, and women's health

services. And now We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Operations Leader (Clinic) to

join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead, motivate, and supervise the front desk and operations team to ensure smooth

daily clinic operations.

● Conduct team briefings, manage duty rosters, and monitor staff performance for

continuous improvement.

● Ensure all team members comply with clinic SOPs and uphold high professional and

service standards.

● Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, cleanliness, stock usage, and

registration processes.

● Attend walk-in and scheduled clients, assist with registration, inquiries, payments, and

follow-ups.

● Handle client concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.

● Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery and support

inter-departmental communication.

● Maintain accurate documentation, prepare daily operational reports, and support

inventory and administrative tasks.

● Act as the key liaison between team and management, suggest operational

improvements, and uphold clinic image and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

● Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or

related field.

● Minimum 2 years in operations or clinic-related roles; team-leading experience is

preferred.

● Strong leadership and communication skills

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

● Customer service oriented

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems

● Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office.

● Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if

required.
