Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the processing of incoming payments, issuing invoices, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Maintain Financial Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and classified. Familiar with SQL Accounting.
- Reconcile Accounts: Regularly reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare Financial Reports: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management, analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
- Support Budget Management: Help in creating and managing budgets, analyzing variances, and making recommendations for financial improvements.
- Assist with Audits: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
