Job Description

Relationship Management (Business Banking) is responsible for strengthening the firm's relationships with existing accounts, and driving continuous service improvements with ultimate focus on business retention. Develops the strategy, processes, and delivery measurement for service among all functional areas responsible for delivering to clients. The Business Banking area is responsible for providing banking loan services and auxiliary products (e.g., letters of credit) to institutions with annual mid-range revenues.
