Summary of the Role

  • Responsible of Sales Specialist; summarizing the overall job duties
  • Deliver sales result / performance aligning to company direction and strategies.
  • Has an in-dept understanding of the market and market trend and consistently take action prioritizing the company's benefit.
  • Have the ability to see the business opportunity in the market and take on tough challenges with urgency, high enthusiasm, and high energy.
  • Possess the ability to strategically assess each potential and action and form a plan to manage and control associated risk.
  • Able to communicate effectively to deliver clear and concise messages.
  • Needs to build a strong network with the internal and external stakeholder to connect the right people to accomplish goals.
  • Possess growth mindset and relevant skillset to contribute towards company direction and goals.

Key Functions / Responsibilities

Organization Development strategy

  • Execute new product launching or existing product marketing plan
  • Ensure company's goal and direction is aligned to your strategy.

Leadership Development & Core Leadership Development

  • • Sales coaching to subordinate/ mentee and provide constructive feedback for improvements.

People and Culture Building

  • Collaboration with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure result
  • Be accountable and have sense of ownership
  • Applies others' diverse experiences, styles, backgrounds, and perspectives to get results
  • Can take a creative idea and actively moves them onto implementation
  • Shows consistency between words and actions

Business Partner for Organization Development Programs

  • Manage sales and support activities / distributors activities
  • Ensure good relationship with business partner and manage expectations at company's interest

Performance Management and Talent Development

  • Manage and ensure deliverable of results
  • Monitoring and tracking self KPI and able to foresee risk and take action to minimize it
  • Plan and perform daily sales activities

Functional / Technical Skills

  • Able to interact with vast background of people and build relationship with key customers.
  • Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in other language will be added advantage.
  • Goal orientated and must be able to plan and strategize your action towards goal
  • Continuous prospecting leads and discipline to follow up sales lead.
  • Proactive and tactfully handle customer request.
  • Basic Computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Education / Experience

  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry
  • Must be based in Penang
  • Preferably experience with infusion pumps
  • Strong interpersonal and network skills
  • Demonstrate creative and innovative solutions in past assignments
  • Possess sound and logical business acumen with a positive growth mindset.
  • Demonstrates accountability in previous task.
