Temporary Manpower Coordinator (Offshore Projects)

Location:
Jalan Gombak Setapak, KL

Immediate Availability Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all project execution stays within the Operations budget.
  • Create MOB orders in CRM for all jobs undertaken in respective regions.
  • Maintain and update job tracking records.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements regarding equipment and manpower, as per approved procedures.
  • Coordinate directly with clients for job arrangements and manpower requests.
  • Ensure timely submission of inspection reports to clients and maintain records on the company server.
  • Submit client-approved timesheets to HQ promptly.
  • Manage allocated petty cash and submit accurate claims within an 80% threshold.
  • Plan and coordinate manpower and equipment movement for assigned Inspection projects, including during long festivities.
  • Prepare payment sheets and pay slips for assigned project freelancers.
  • Handle all administrative documentation for assigned Inspection projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience coordinating offshore manpower in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience liaising with clients for manpower requests on inspection projects.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project tracking.
