About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Site Engineer (Road Works)
to join our infrastructure team in
Sungai Buloh
. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate
road construction and related civil works
, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily site operations for road and infrastructure works.
  • Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor material usage, equipment deployment, and manpower allocation.
  • Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and quality documentation.
  • Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in
    Civil Engineering
    or equivalent.
  • Minimum
    2–5 years of experience
    in
    road or infrastructure construction
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    roadwork methods, drainage systems, and QA/QC procedures
    .
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to handle multiple site activities.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel or stay near project site.
