Your new role

You will be the clinical authority in the lab, responsible for interpreting diagnostic results, connecting findings to patient symptoms, and guiding decisions that impact care. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives quality initiatives, and collaborates with technical teams to maintain best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic processes and clinical interpretation
  • Ability to lead and provide guidance in a laboratory setting
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards
