Salary & Commission

Basic Salary plus Performance + Based Sales Commission

Primary Duties

  • Promote and sell GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to customers through showroom, online, and offline channels.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by ensuring a pleasant, professional, and customer-focused experience.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Carry out product presentations and demonstrations to effectively explain product usage and benefits.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships through active follow-ups and after-sales support.
  • Handle day-to-day showroom operations, including product arrangement, stock monitoring, and overall showroom upkeep.
  • Take part in promotional activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
  • Work together with team members and management to ensure efficient operations and compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least three (3) years of retail sales experience; background in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics will be an advantage.
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales operations, visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock management.
  • Possess a positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Malaysian citizens or candidates with valid working authorization.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates with strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
