MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Admin / Coordination

  • Update client information received from BD into CRM.
  • Request IT team to create credentials / system access for cooperatives.
  • Follow up required documents from clients for system onboarding.
  • Check system status (updates, bugs, data accuracy).
  • Act as communication bridge between client IT team.

2. Customer Support / After-Sales

  • Assist clients in troubleshooting system issues until fully resolved.
  • Guide clients step-by-step on how to use system features.
  • Calm frustrated clients when system experiences downtime or errors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through fast response and follow-up.

3. Online Trainer (Cooperative System)

  • Conduct training sessions for various modules:
  • Basic System
  • Accounting Module
  • HRM
  • POS
  • Schedule training, send reminders, and prepare pre-training setup.
  • Ensure system is updated and bug-free before training begins.
  • Work with IT team to get the latest system updates for training.
  • Provide post-training support and user guidance.

4. App Development Follow-Up

  • Collect client information (logo, images, details) for app building.
  • Coordinate with App Development team to ensure timely progress.
  • Share app design drafts with clients for approval.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied before submitting to Play Store.
  • Provide user login and guides once app is launched.

5. Accounts Support (Light Accounting Task Only)

  • Key in cooperative financial data into system.
  • Verify amounts and ensure no errors in data entry.
  • Update account code lists for each activity.
  • Enter bank data and track updates.
  • Coordinate dates for Accounting training with clients.

6. Additional Tasks

  • Conduct system demo for potential clients.
  • Support BD with technical explanations when needed.
  • Assist with documentation and creating SOP or user guides.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, IT, Accounting, Education, or related field.
  • Good computer skills; comfortable using online platforms/system.
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain system usage clearly.
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in customer service, training, or administrative work is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of accounting is helpful (not compulsory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
