Position: Commercial Interior Designer

About the Company

Our client is a reputable interior design firm established in 2021 in Singapore, recognized for delivering high-quality, timely, and functional design solutions. Their portfolio spans both residential and commercial sectors, including offices, schools, shop houses, apartments, and private homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Design Manager and project team to deliver commercial interior design projects.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand objectives, and propose creative design solutions aligned with budget and functional needs.
  • Develop design concepts, mood boards, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, kujiale, Revit, and related tools.
  • Prepare quotations and collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in interior design, renovation, or architecture (commercial project experience is an advantage).
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, kujiale, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
  • Strong creativity, design flair, and project coordination abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers).

Package

  • Basic Salary: SGD 2,800 – 3,800 (negotiable)
  • Benefits: Singapore statutory contributions
  • Working Hours: 5.5-day work week / 44 hours
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9, RM13,000.00 per month
