Position: Interior Designer (Commercial Spaces)

About the Company

Our client is a Singapore-based interior design firm established in 2021, known for delivering well-executed projects that emphasize timeliness, functionality, and aesthetic excellence. Their diverse portfolio covers both residential and commercial projects, including homes, offices, schools, shop houses, and apartments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Design Manager and team on commercial interior projects.
  • Meet with clients to understand design requirements, budgets, and functional objectives.
  • Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, kujiale, and Revit.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee project implementation to maintain design integrity.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in interior design, renovation, or architecture (commercial project experience preferred).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, kujiale, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
  • Strong creativity, design sense, and project coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors).

Package

  • Basic Salary: SGD 2,800 – 3,800 (negotiable)
  • Benefits: Singapore statutory contributions
  • Working Hours: 5.5-day week / 44 hours
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9, RM13,000.00 per month
