Your new role

As
Head of Bid Management,
you will oversee the full bid lifecycle-driving strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across complex, multi-stakeholder submissions. You'll lead cross-functional teams including sales, presales, delivery, and subject-matter experts to ensure timely, high-quality proposals that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading bid strategy and execution across multiple concurrent opportunities
  • Reviewing RFPs, managing approvals, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Aligning stakeholders and securing internal commitment for proposed solutions
  • Developing scalable templates and content for professional, repeatable submissions
  • Conducting post-bid analysis and leading performance reviews to drive improvement

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in bid management or related functions
  • At least 2+ years' experience managing teams
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines
  • Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in improving bid quality, efficiency, and win-rate
