About the Role

This position is part of a centralized business services organization that supports business performance excellence by delivering streamlined Finance and HR services. The team partners closely with various business units and functions to drive efficiency, enhance data quality, and strengthen end-to-end process governance.

Why this Role Exists

You will be responsible for providing HR service delivery support for several countries across Southeast Asia. This includes managing end-to-end HR processes for internal stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Your work ensures consistent service quality, accuracy, and compliance with local guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that every employee request is logged and tracked using a case management tool to monitor volumes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Work according to established guidelines and instructions to meet SLAs and quality targets.
  • Maintain reminders and notifications for HR centers of expertise, employees, or managers as required—strong follow-up is essential.
  • Flag compliance issues, control concerns, or incomplete documentation to the relevant HR Process Specialists.
  • Perform quality checks at different stages of the process and ensure quality-related reporting is always up to date.
  • Provide support for additional tasks or projects assigned by the Process Manager or Team Leader, including local administrative tasks, maintaining employee files, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
  • Support a wide scope of HR process areas: master data and reporting, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, rewards and recognition, and learning and development.
Who We're Looking For
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Diploma/Associate degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent listening, summarizing, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Experience or exposure to HR processes such as master data management, recruitment, talent management, rewards and recognition, and learning and development is an advantage.
  • Understanding of labor and social law requirements is beneficial.
  • Genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday is a plus).
  • Experience in a shared services or call center environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and customer-oriented mindset.
