Key Focus Areas

  • Market Strategy & Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities across marine and offshore markets in Southeast Asia.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Commercial Leadership: Lead negotiations, structure complex deals, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Regional Impact: Align local business development initiatives with wider regional and global objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Industry Insight: 5-10 years' experience in business development within marine, offshore, energy, or related industrial sectors.
  • SEA Market Exposure: Familiarity with regulatory and commercial landscapes in key SEA markets (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam).
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Relationship Builder: Demonstrated success managing high-level client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial Savvy: Strong negotiation skills and an ability to balance risk and reward in long-term partnerships.
  • Execution & Drive: A self-starter who can turn strategy into tangible results.
