We are seeking a highly driven and strategic
E-commerce Assistant Manager
to lead and grow our
Livestream & Influencer business
.

This role is responsible for managing our
TikTok and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
presence — overseeing livestream operations, influencer partnerships, paid media performance, and platform relationships to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

You will act as the
Key Account Manager
for Livestream Avenue — leading initiatives that merge creativity, analytics, and influencer collaboration to achieve strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Partnership & Account Management

  • Serve as the main contact point for
    TikTok and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    livestream and e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and execute
    growth strategies
    to enhance livestream performance, account health, and brand visibility.
  • Build strong relationships with platform representatives and secure participation in promotional and incentive programs.
  • Work closely with external
    agencies
    to align livestream execution, campaign planning, and platform optimization.
  • Analyze platform analytics and provide data-backed insights to improve performance and sales conversion.

2. Advertising & Performance Optimization

  • Strategize and manage
    paid advertising campaigns
    on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct
    A/B testing, audience targeting, bid optimization, and pixel tracking
    to improve ROAS and lower CPA.
  • Closely monitor ad budgets and campaign performance to ensure spending efficiency and alignment with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze sales vs. ad performance, identifying trends and corrective actions.

3. Content & Campaign Strategy

  • Work with the content team and agency to develop
    livestream content strategies
    that attract viewers and boost conversions.
  • Ensure all livestream visuals and communication follow
    brand guidelines
    while leveraging trending formats and storytelling techniques.
  • Drive
    pre-live and post-live engagement
    to maximize traffic and follower growth.
  • Explore and implement
    AI tools or automation
    to enhance efficiency and maintain a competitive edge.

4. KOL & Affiliate Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard
    key influencers, live hosts, and affiliate partners
    aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage partnership agreements (fixed fee, commission, or hybrid models) and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with agencies to maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and affiliates.
  • Oversee affiliate programs, including content assets, tracking links, and payout accuracy.

5. Store Health & Compliance

  • Monitor
    store health
    on TikTok and Meta platforms, ensuring full compliance with platform policies.
  • Handle
    appeals and communication
    with platforms for any account-level issues or violations.
  • Work with agencies to resolve low-rating, technical, or compliance-related issues quickly.

6. Livestream Host & KOL Operations

  • Oversee agency recruitment, training, and management of livestream hosts and presenters.
  • Evaluate host performance metrics such as
    audience retention, engagement, and conversion rates
    .
  • Provide coaching or insights to improve livestream effectiveness and viewer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in e-commerce, key account management, or influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record managing
    TikTok or Meta
    livestream and content performance.
  • Strong understanding of
    digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and platform analytics
    .
  • Hands-on experience managing compliance, campaign execution, and agency coordination.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Multilingual in
    English, Malay, and Mandarin
    is an advantage.
