Position Overview

The Livestream Studio Operator oversees the end-to-end technical execution of live productions within the studio environment. This role ensures seamless operation of livestreams, multi-camera setups, audio systems, and broadcast integrations across various platforms (mainly TikTok). The ideal candidate should be a hands-on operator managing live session logistics and maintaining high broadcast standards.

Key Responsibilities - Livestream Operations
  • Set up, operate, and monitor live studio equipment including switchers, cameras, audio mixers, lighting controls, and streaming software (e.g., OBS).
  • Ensure broadcast quality for all live sessions, checking audio levels, lighting balance, and frame compositions.
  • Manage live transitions, overlays, lower-thirds, and scene switching in real time.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of studio equipment, cables, and accessories. Ensure studio readiness prior to each production day.
  • Perform regular maintenance, firmware updates, and calibration of broadcast and lighting gear.
  • Ability to shoot short videos is a plus.
