KD Order Management Executive

Job descriptions:

  1. Collect market production order demand information and complete the entire process from order placement to export customs declaration through the online order system.
  2. Track the shipment status after dispatch, prepare customs clearance documents, and ensure smooth customs clearance upon arrival.
  3. Monitor the inventory status of KD materials at the factory, provide effective feedback, and adjust the KD material shipping plan accordingly.
  4. Collect detailed information on missing production parts at the factory, arrange supplementary orders and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or any related field.
  2. At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  3. Must have proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay communication.
    Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus. We are also seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking clients.
  4. Should have work experience in handling the entire process from order placement to export customs.
  5. Familiar with Overseas order management and well-versed in overall business exception handling processes.
  6. Candidates with certain logistics and customs clearance agency resources will be given priority consideration.
  7. Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
  8. Full-time position.
